100 Reasons, Conspiracy Theory: 9/11 An Inside Job?

September 11, 2001. A day that would change the world forever, probably much more than the two world war and the holocaust did. Muslim terrorists hijacking planes and crashing them into the greatest symbols of American pride. Seemed pretty straight forward at first. Or was it so?

After the first plane hit, I saw the 'live' scenes on CNN of the second plane ramming into the South Tower, so hard that I thought the top part of the building is going to break apart and topple off onto the ground. But instead I watched in horror as the 'live' news footage shows the buildings burning, black fumes billowing up into the sky, and people jumping off the skyscrapers to avoid being burned alive!!!

An hour or so into the disaster, the unthinkable happened. The whole of the South Tower, the second building to be hit, collapsed straight down like what you would see in controlled demolitions. I was puzzled. Only the upper one-third of the building was affected by the fire and probably the weakened structural support. How could the whole building collapse into the ground so rapidly and completely, and so 'vertically'? I would believe that the largely un-damaged lower two-thirds of the tower would have enough solid materials in them to break the momentum of the falling upper floors and slow down the speed of the collapse! On top of that, the loosened and broken structures upon hitting the lower levels should have naturally lean to the sides and keel over to the streets surrounding the towers!? Now how likely it is for both these ultra tall towers to collapse so perfectly vertically to the ground in exactly the same way? Smell a fish yet?

Well, apparently after studying the captured footage closely, there appeared to be a series of timed explosions happening as the building collapse, and that at the rate of the free-falling debris! This meant that there were probably bombs planted at key locations in multiple levels of the towers to make sure that they get demolished completely! This explains why there were so many white ashes all over. Some high temperature explosives were likely used for the demolition. And to fuel the conspiracy theory even more, a nearby 47-storey building called Building 7 which was not hit by any airplane nor suffered any serious fire damage also fell perfectly straight down to the ground into a pile of rubbles, just like a controlled demolition!!!

So what does all these mean? Need the money means need to control black gold, means find some Muslim terrorists to blame and invade some oil rich Middle Eastern countries? Is this some grand 'big picture' government conspiracy? Or is it something already foretold by the Holy Quran? (See video below)

Well, to each his own. The truth is out there. God knows, and come Judgement Day, the evil will be punished.

Video: Obama Scolds Reporter

A reporter bold enough to 'remind' President Obama of the size of his loss in Texas as around 10% as opposed to 'just a few percentage points' got chided after the interview was over, but with the cameras still rolling...

Singapore Army Officer: God Inflicted Earthquake on Japan for a Reason(?)

According to a report by Yahoo News, an officer (it appears that he is an instructor in SAF's Officer Cadet School, or OCS) of the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) who calls himself Shahril Beckham (well obviously a Manchester United FC fan who couldn't let go of the past, Beckham that is) posted on his Facebook profile page that "There is a reason why God chose Japan...". Well if he was hoping for some response, he got much more than he hoped for. Starting out all cocky and with his head and shoulders above cloud #9 (well, which young SAF officer isn't?), it ended up with him issuing an apology...

I shall save myself from more typing and let you read for yourself...

And then his fan-girl friend Zafirah Eleanor comes in to stir the shit-pot further... it appears that she has taken down her FB page, but oh zaffy zaffy zaffy zaffy....
Still not satisfied and not happy with people who felt his comments were in bad taste, Shahril Beckham returns with fully-loaded twin guns-a-blazing... full auto mode....
Time to switch target, the more the merrier, bring them on!
God knows what happened but suddenly Mr. Beckham took out his heart frozen in the freezer to thaw it, well who knows, maybe to feed his dogs later....
His supporter Andre Kua provided cover fire during Shahril Beckham's hasty retreat, and some much needed ammunitions...
All this talk about Karma getting back at Japan for their WWII atrocities, etc is, well, to each his own. Why not throw in more, like their merciless plundering and killing of whales and such?! Inevitably, some people will never forgive, and never forget. If it is really about bad Karma, well, Earthquakes and Hurricanes, etc, are indeed acts of God. And the Biblical God is indeed a fearsome one, for those who believe in him, he lets things happen for a reason. And his vengeance does involves generations after generations, and in cataclysmic proportions, too. So now we are going down the road of Katrina, Chile, Christchurch, and now Japan? Is this some mind-blowing Karma? Or some End of The World scenarios as revealed in the Book of Revelations? Dizzy yet?

While his initial comments were not entirely wrong and was left pretty open ended for people to derive and conclude what they want for themselves and was more like a harmless opinion (as compared to some of the comments on others' Facebook profile! see end of post), it's his and his girl-friend's cocky replies to the responses that did him in. Apparently even his own trainee Ghani spoke up against him. (correction: Ghani, a combat medic, was not his trainee but just an acquaintance) And to make it worse was his comments on how his salary is being paid by the money of 'stoopid' Singapore taxpayers. Looking at the contrasting attitude in his subdued response, I think SAF might have took action after being tipped-off. Update: Mindef did reply to those who sent in email 'feedback and enquiries' but it was just a generic reply in point form. Click here to see it.

IMHO, I do not think he should be fit to remain on a payroll which is paid by 'stoopid' and hardworking Singaporean Taxpayers' money now, should he? Singapore, what is your next move?

Driver tries to kill cyclists in Critical Mass Porto Alegre, Brazil

This crazy incident happened in Critical Mass, Porto Alegre, Brazil on 25th February 2011.

A murderous driver, probably not happy with the fact that this mass of cyclist are taking up the entire stretch of road, drove at high speed and swept through the entire procession, knocking down all the cyclists who were in his path. The impacts were so forceful that many of the cyclists landed on the black Volkswagen Golf's windscreen before falling, luckily, to the side of the vehicle.

Many were injured, but according to reports, no fatalities were recorded. It is not yet known what his intentions were in doing such a crazy act. But in my book, when someone is driving such a powerful vehicle and running people down intentionally, well the intent to kill and maim was there, and that person should be charged for multiple attempts at murder.

But the sad thing is, there are actually similarly moronic individuals who agree to the lunatic's action and even applauded his action!? Well wait till someone they hold dear suffer a similar fate under the hands of another lunatic, and it will be interesting to see what they have to say then.

You can see some of the comments in the YouTube video page.

Worth Living for...

If this is not blogworthy, I don't know what is.

Its not news. He's been around for awhile. But this is not a news site. So, I'm posting this here because he's blogworthy.

So many people have so many things laid out on a silver platter and served to them. But yet, everyday, they are grumbling and complaining. Never happy, never satisfied, never contented.

This man. Nick Vujicic. Born without limbs, is now travelling around the world, HELPING people. To me, he is truly living a life worth living for.

Think about that, and be THANKFUL. Be HAPPY! Be worthy of life...

iPhone 4 Reception Issues Official Fix

Ta-da! Well well, I held my breath and avoided touching it ever since the iPhone 3gs took the mobile world like a swarming locust, not happy with the fact that a 'modern' 3g cell-phone has no front-facing camera for video calls. It is simply not acceptable. If Stevie thinks that the average user does not use the video conferencing feature anyway, then why is Apple putting in the camera now in the iPhone 4? Talk about making a u-turn and slapping himself in the face. Or was it just a ploy to milk more money from consumers with the latest edition's 'new' feature? And by the way, I refuse to be an 'average user'...

Anyhooo, just when I thought I can breathe again and jump on the iPhone bandwagon with this latest release, news of reception issues and problems with A2DP bluetooth headsets flooded the internet. Oh man.... am I going to have to hold back again this time and wait for iPhone 5? I'm sick of holding my breath!

But wait... apparently, an official 'fix' has been release by Apple to patch the reception problem. See screenshot below!

mmm... maybe I'll take a look at the droids while waiting for the number 5....

Lars Vilks Attacked

Lars Vilks, the controversial Swedish artist who apparently drew pictures depicting Mohammed as a roundabout dog (whatever that means?) is recently in the news again. This time, he was showing some similarly offensive videos during a lecture he was conducting at Uppsala University, Sweden. A few people felt offended by what he was showing, and as a result, someone from the audience attacked Lars after repeated calls for him to stop fell on deaf ears. An excerpt of the incident is shown in the following video.
I really don't understand people these days. I mean, they hide behind the pretext of freedom of speech and freedom of expression, go around doing silly things which THEY KNOW will offend some people. They initiated such acts of provocation on such sensitive matters, how can they still hide behind the term 'freedom of expression' and claim innocence?

To me, this is not about race, religion, or ethnic issues anymore. It is all about common sense, mutual respect, and being responsible and accountable for your own actions! In my opinion, this Lars guy is plain stupid and has no respect for anyone else.

If someone were to insult someone I respect and love in my face and walk around the streets spreading lies and false accusations about them, just because he felt like it and thinks he has the 'freedom' to do anything he likes, then to me, this person had made the first move to attack me, I will of course slap him till his head spin the next time I run into him! I will exercise my freedom and right to defend what I hold as important to me!
Sadly, I found many other cowards who use 'freedom of speech' and 'freedom of expression' as a shield and excuse to insult the religion of others. You can see them here, and here, and read more about Lars Vilks here. (Extremely offensive materials, do not proceed if you are easily offended. Links for reference and information only, and I strongly condemn such acts!)

Although I'm all for freedom of expression, I believe that it is a privilege, not a right, that should be exercised with sensibility and responsibility. Otherwise, it is just another excuse to be used by cowards for attacking others.

Mark Souder Resigns

Indiana congressman Mark Souder resigns after affair with aide comes to light.

So what's new? Another US politician, another affair, another scandal. Makes me wonder, if all the politicians in the world who are having affairs or have had affairs before were to suddenly disappear, how many percent of them will be left? 20%? 30%? 50%? I really don't know. While I do not disagree that, being leaders, they are suppose to set good examples for the people, especially the younger generations, to follow, but as the saying goes, nobody's perfect, can't a person with certain character flaws still make a good leader? Bill Clinton was a good leader and president for the USA!

So, what do you think? Are leaders and politicians suppose to be perfect? Should they be given a second chance? Or, better still, should we just accept their flaws and let them continue in their role as leaders if they have been doing a good job all the while?
